Mayor Attends Party in the Car Park Fundraiser

On Saturday 15th August 2026, the Mayor of Haywards Heath attended the Party in the Car Park at Haywards Heath Social Club, a lively community event raising funds for Bentswood Hub.
The event brought together local residents for an afternoon of entertainment, food and family fun, with live music, a BBQ, Caribbean food, sweet treats and cocktails on offer. Children could also enjoy a range of activities, including balloon artistry, while visitors had the chance to take part in a raffle and tombola.
Cllr Duncan Pascoe, the Town Mayor, was delighted to attend and meet residents, organisers and volunteers, enjoying the fantastic atmosphere and supporting the fundraising efforts for Bentswood Hub.
The event was a great example of the local community coming together to have fun while raising valuable funds to support the work of Bentswood Hub. The Mayor thanked everyone involved in organising the event and those who attended for helping to make the afternoon such a success.
