local community? The Town Council is looking for a motivated and reliable Grounds
Maintenance Operative to join our established Grounds Maintenance Team.
This is a great opportunity to start or continue a career in grounds maintenance. The
successful applicant will gain hands on experience in dealing with day-to-day
maintenance and general upkeep of the Council’s outdoor assets, including gardens,
allotment sites and the Haywards Heath Western Road cemetery. The role will include
the use of machinery therefore gardening/horticultural experience is desirable although
not necessary. A full, valid UK driving licence is required.
Contract: Permanent Full Time
Hours: 37 hours per week
