Mayor Attends Cheque Presentation Supporting Haywards Heath FoodBank

On Friday 22nd May, the Town Mayor attended a special cheque presentation in support of the Haywards Heath FoodBank, celebrating the generosity and community spirit of local residents.

A fantastic total of £568.20 was generously raised by members of the local Mosque and organised by the Deputy Mayor, Cllr Abdul Bashar, highlighting the strong partnerships and shared commitment to helping those in need across Haywards Heath.

During the presentation, the Mayor thanked everyone involved for their kindness and dedication, recognising the important work carried out by the Haywards Heath FoodBank in supporting individuals and families facing hardship.

The contribution will help the FoodBank continue providing essential supplies and assistance to vulnerable members of the community.
