On Thursday 19th June, Walstead Place Aria Care opened its doors for a special Meet the Manager evening, inviting guests to enjoy a relaxed Cheese and Wine reception while getting to know the new Home Manager, Steve Fullick.

The event provided a wonderful opportunity for attendees to explore the beautiful surroundings of Walstead Place and learn more about the home's vision for the future. Our Town Mayor, Cllr Duncan Pascoe, and Deputy Mayor, Cllr Abdul Bashar, received a special invitation to meet with Steve and the rest of the attendees.
Guests were warmly welcomed with a selection of fine cheeses, wines, and refreshments, creating a sociable and inviting atmosphere. The highlight of the evening was a speech from Steve Fullick, who spoke passionately about his approach to care and his commitment to upholding the high standards and sense of community that Walstead Place is known for.
Steve brings with him a wealth of experience in the care sector, and his arrival marks an exciting new chapter for the home. Residents and visitors alike had the chance to ask questions, share their thoughts, and hear first-hand about the values that guide daily life at Walstead Place.
The event also gave attendees a chance to tour the home, meet members of the dedicated care team, and experience the warm and welcoming environment that makes Walstead Place truly special.
We would like to send a warm welcome to Steve as he begins his journey at Walstead Place Aria Care.
