Mayor presents Awards at the Horticultural Society's Spring Show

The spirit of spring was in full bloom on Saturday 28th March, as the Haywards Heath Horticultural Society hosted its much-anticipated Spring Show at the Centenary Hall.
The event brought together a wonderful array of exhibitors, all eager to showcase their horticultural talents and compete for a variety of prestigious awards. From vibrant floral displays to carefully cultivated entries, the show was a true celebration of skill, dedication, and a shared love of gardening. There room was filled with daffodils, spring flowers, handicrafts, flower arrangements and photography, with a special touch of colourful art by the Spring Chickens Art Club who meet at Centenary Hall.
Town Mayor, Cllr Duncan Pascoe, was in attendance to congratulate participants and present awards to the deserving winners. His presence added to the sense of occasion, as exhibitors and visitors alike enjoyed a day filled with community spirit and friendly competition.
