Apply for a stall

Our booking forms for Town Day are now live! 

Town Day is being held on Saturday 14th September from 12pm-5pm (followed by an evening of music until 9pm). 

We're inviting both charities/ not for profit organisations and businesses to have a stall. The deadline for booking forms to be received is Friday 12th July, we may be unable to accommodate any bookings after this date. 

Haywards Heath Town Council will be in touch to confirm stalls/ pitches by Friday 2nd August. Please ensure you check your 'junk folder' on your emails as our emails occasionally end up in there is you've not heard from us before. Alternatively, please add to your 'Safe Senders' list. Exact location of stalls/ pitches and the site plan will be available at least 1 week prior to the event. Please note- once the site plan is confirmed we are unable to make changes, so please ensure all relevant information is included within the booking form questions.
