The seat has been filled by Caroline Ward of the Liberal Democrats party.

Mid Sussex District Council is currently undertaking a Community Governance Review for Haywards Heath Town Council, which could potentially have an effect on the administrative boundaries of the neighbouring Parish Councils including Ansty and Staplefield as well as those of the Town of Haywards Heath.

Haywards Heath Town Council proudly celebrated Silver Sunday 2025 by delivering biscuits and warm wishes to every care home in the town, spreading joy and appreciation to older residents.

Haywards Heath Town Day 2025 proved that not even rain could dampen the town’s enthusiasm: it was a true testament to the resilience and unity of the local community as Victoria Park came alive on Saturday 13th September.

Yesterday, on Sunday 14th September, Haywards Heath came together to honour the bravery and sacrifice of “The Few” during a moving Battle of Britain Commemoration, now in its eighth year.
