Teddy Bears Picnic Brings Joy to Families in Beech Hurst Gardens

Families flocked to Beech Hurst Gardens for a heartwarming afternoon of fun at the Teddy Bears Picnic, held over lunchtime on Friday 22nd August. Organised by Haywards Heath Foodbank, in partnership with Haywards Heath Town Council, the much-loved event returned for its third year and was a huge success.

Please note that major infrastructure works will take place on Muster Green from 1st September 2025 until mid-October 2025.

These works are necessary to alleviate the drainage and flooding around Muster Green South and the Gyratory system. The Town Council is working with West Sussex County Council to minimise disruption and to return Muster Green into good order after the works have been completed.
There will be the need for traffic management along Muster Green North, Muster Green South and Boltro Road, please follow the link below to see the notice and map.

A Heartfelt Farewell to Nicola Bird, Manager of The Orchards Shopping Centre

On Thursday 21st August, Haywards Heath Town Council gathered to say a heartfelt farewell to Nicola Bird, Manager of The Orchards Shopping Centre, who will be stepping down from her role after an incredible 13 years of dedicated service.
