Town Council News

Councillor Trevor Fisher has sadly died after battling with cancer. The entire Council offers its deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Trevor, and recognise the hard work and dedication that he brought to the town. He will be sadly missed.

New Mayor & Deputy Mayor Elected
Cllr Margaret Baker was elected Mayor and Cllr Jonathan Ash-Edwards was elected Deputy Mayor at the Annual Meeting of Haywards Heath Town Council held on 12th May 2008.

Best Kept Garden Competition
The Town Council is once again running a Best Kept Garden Competition. There are various categories which have been extended this year to encourage as many entries as possible. Please do not be shy. If you think that your gardening skills are worthy of note just fill in the form and return it to the Town Council by the end of June.
