Meetings, Conferencing and Wedding Room Hire

Haywards Heath Town Hall has excellent facilities, which are available for hire seven days a week at very affordable prices.

The Town Hall has three durable rooms on the first floor, which can be made into one large room if necessary and downstairs boasts its grand Council Chamber. All of these facilities are supported by a large kitchen, car park and good disabled access and facilities.

The venue is situated near to the Town centre close to Haywards Heath train station, has excellent links to other forms of public transport along with ample car parking which makes the venue easily accessible for meetings, staging a conference, parties or getting married. Rooms can be accessed from 8am and in normal circumstances the building would close at 11.30pm at the latest.

Please be assured that our facilities will be matched by a high standard of customer service. Whatever the size of your event you can be assured our staff will be here to help you. Town Hall staff are on hand to assist with the smooth running of your event and will welcome your visitors in the reception.

Capacity wise the whole of the first floor can hold a maximum of one hundred people at any one time. For weddings Room One and the Jubliee room are licensed and can hold 80 people comfortably. The Council Chamber can hold up to forty people for a wedding.
