Cllr Sandy Ellis launches a #KeepItBinIT Campaign with a Litter Pick in Vitoria Park!
Cllr Sandy Ellis invites you to join her and her friends for a Litter Pick in Victoria Park to show why your love your park and to officially launch the #KeepItBinIT campaign for Haywards Heath.
Cllr Ellis says:
“Sadly facemasks, takeaway rubbish and all manner of litter is soiling our beautiful parks and while Haywards Heath is bursting with civic pride as a community, this littering is having a negative impact on residents who want to enjoy our parks. It also has a negative impact on our wildlife as litter hurts our environment.
Please join me and my friends in Victoria Park on Saturday 21st August at 11am for one hour and let us know why our parks are so important to you. We are lucky to have so many litter picking heroes in our town but let us all be kind to our parks, protect our wildlife and environment and have fun. Please join me for the KeepItBinIt campaign”.
